uncle rob is here, just landed in hk few hours ago. he will be going to hangzhao together with my dad with a few sgihk members for the Dialogue With Nature exhibition by Daisaku Ikeda. again, i will be alone in hk for a few days, except that wy is here. i dont have any special plans except to type some quotations for my dad, attend two meetings and maybe go out venturing places that i've never been before. another important in my to-do list is the write-up on 'karma into action'. my deadline is until the end of nov, but since i will be free for the next couple of days, so i may as well get it done earlier so that raju can ammend or edit it. for now, im still doing some research. been reading up old cosmics and living buddhism on this topic. hope i can produce a good one.
yesterday night was suppose to be a perfect plan, but it was ruined as things did not happen as it was planned. was suppose to have dinner with tazuko and sakurako at ymca hotel, but last minute, it was cancelled as they were still in tungchung attending to mika. end up, my dad and i went without them, at the buffet dinner which as COSTLY. turn out, the cancellation was actually positive as if they were to come, my dad would have to pay more. the thought of $88 per head turn out to be in reality $198!! for the entire dinner, my dad keep pressuring me to eat more, especially expensive food like crabs and prawns. after about 4-5 rounds, i couldnt eat anymore, i really tried my best. for once, i realise im not a buffet-person. correction - not a buffet-person in HK. blaming it on the food, if i were to have buffet in m'sia, i guess i would have bigger appetite to eat more.
