it was barely 10am in the morning. i got disturbed by a call, woke up and answer it. it was my dad, he was asking what am i doing, saying that he need some help. he asked me to go to his room, and to his coat in the wardrobe, look for the inner pocket, there'll be a box, and something is written on it. what i was asked to do was to let him know whats written on the box. i thought it was some account number or some code and stuff at the beginning. so in the midst of sleeping, i spring up from my bed, with eyes still half close, and i did as what he said. went to his room, open the mirror door, got the right coatm slipped my hand into the pocket and voila! im holding a present from my dad ! what a surprise ! as i read, the message on the present goes like this "dear gracy, love for a daughter is like a rose. it grows and grows until it is so beautiful. happy birthday! from HKD" well, what a sweet poem from my dad! love it !
anyway, apart from that, ive received a couple of presents already. and this year i got extra 4 presents, which is from my cousin sis, my aunt and my cousin bro. coincidently they were here for holiday, and for the past few days they went to s;pore. so yea, my presents from them are from s'pore. my little cousin brother is really cute. my aunt was saying, he keep bugging about buying a present for me once they reach s'pore. and he got me a pink piggy photo clip. he's so cute ! other than that, im here expressing my thanks to my mum, my grandma, jo, and theng.
unrealated to the above entry, i realise that im so prone to meeting old friends these days. today for example, i was at pyramid, after i left aus ed to get my visa letter, i bumped into fe! a very close friend of mine back in primary school ! miss her so so much! we used to have sleepoevers very often, we sing and record songs that we like, did naughty stuff in school and lots of crazy stuff for bsb and the moffatts. and im seriously missing that now. =)
and tonight, after celebrating my birthday with my family (my dad is going back to hk tomorrow, so we had an earlier celebration) i went over to station 1 to meet up with sm, des, and sw. and yes, i bumped into another old friend, whom i met in martin when i was in high school. well, this guy here, was once quite close to me, it was complicated back then. so many other stuff happened. hmm, childish stuff i would say. hehe. looking back now, i just feel funny. =p
