Kenling's bday party cum house warming

kl, ns friend. i was invited to his birthday party. i didnt know it was a house warming party as well. i went with ws, fetched her from UM and go all the way to BU. when reached, i only saw 3 familiar faces (cs, kl and leslie), the few friends from NS. so then kl brought us toured his brand new house. very nice house indeed, with 3rd floor and i love his room so much !! it has a very youthful ikea feeling, it was spacious and the japan-like bed is so awesome! and something unique about the handrail of the stairs, it was specially designed in a way that the handrail was connected all the way from first floor to the third. you can just slide down from 3rd floor and end up on 1st floor. he said that is the highlight of the house. hehehe!

and then the fun part begins. ws and i went out again, grab some food and sit down. ws met a lot of her high school friends. as kl and ws are NS and from the same high school. so that 2 connection. later then, a girl (tf) from UM arrived, and she happens to be ws's UM's unimate also. so that makes 3 connection. and this tf was so happened to be leslie's primary school friend. by the way, leslie was also kl's primary school friend. and then some friends join in our table. a girl (lisa) was ws's high school friend and when she saw tf, she created another new link with her because she is also her primary school friend. and then more friends join in, and more and more connection were created. i was just sitting there listening to their old time stories about high school and primary school. i only things things to talk when the conversation was back about NS as i dont have any connection other that with my ns friends. and then SGM came into rescue. hahaha! one guy suddenly joined in our table and for sure he looks very familiar to me. he was ws's form 6 friend and UM friend and also from SGM Renaissance Choir! wahahaha! can't believe i have a link too !! well, i didnt talk to him before in choir as he was a new member so we didnt had a chance to talk before. but never thought would bumped into him like this.

in conclusion, what a small world ! =)

anyway, it was really a great party. met a few new friends and the best still of couse to remiscise the times back in setiu our camp. we gossip so much haha, i brought some photos and we talked about who was after who last time. and some funny moments, and touching moments when we left. leslie is still keeping the birthday egg that joyce, ws, caryn and i gave him on his 18th birthday. im so impressed. hehehe.
