a successful start! i've started cooking for the past few days.. started out with porridge, yes my initial plan is to cook porridge, not rice! ah ko, please! anyway, porridge was a piece of cake. hehe! today, i cook vegetable, siu pak choy. well i think it turn out fine, except that i put too much oyster sauce and salt, so it turns out to be quite salty. but in terms of the vege itself, i think it was pretty ok. not overly cook or un-cook. so yea, good start for me.
