i know how it feels, the day we receive our result, the judgement day like how sy put it. how much effort did we put in? did we try our best? did we try to work hard? how much daimoku did we chanted during the process? i guess these are the elements contributing to get a result. i remember vivdly the day i got my spm result though it has been 3 years. people calling, people asking, one would never get away from such situation. anyhow, looking back at my spm result, i ask myself, what's so important to get good result? the answer lies in the hard work during the process. that is an attitude, attitude to achieve better in tertiary education, it is the first trial to see how far one can go. the end result isnt that important if we know that we have tried our best, and we really did. dont be despair, continue to work hard in local uni/college. =)
kai came to my house this afternoon, we wanted to study together for our french test next week. we had our lunch together halfway revising. she bought marinated chic wings, i cook rice, it turn out good. =p i wash the dishes after that. the gas stove next to me was very disturbing, i really cant stand the dirt on it. ive been trying to compromise the dirtiness of the stove since i moved in, but i just couldnt today. i dont know what got into me, but i actually clean it up! 4 black stoves, with 1 inch thick of dirt from pans, sticky overnight oil, food etc. i scrub and scrub and scrub again til i see some shine. it took me about 25 mins to clean up all the stoves. i was so satisfied with myself at the end of the day, it look so clean and shinny !! man, im so proud of myself. i couldnt help but look at it like a piece of art each time i go into the kichen. hahaha!
