some of my friends in m'sia has been asking me how's life in australia.. well, for me it's pretty much interesting.. especially when i have sgia here.. most of my new friends are from there and i hang out with them more than i do with my outside friends.. but the thing is, clubbing became a stereotype for many youths.. and i realise that my friends who club a lot would only take that as 'happening' as an activity for youth.. they would ask me whether or not i go clubbing over the weekend, and when i said no, they would think 'oh, you must be very bored then'. but i think my weekend was pretty much occupied well! especially when im spending my time celebrating m16 last week and had dance prac throughout last week and well, i think my weekend was really happening ! it's just the way we see things, how be judge what others just, things that we're not doing and things other people are doing. such a cliche to think that clubbing is the only cool thing for youngsters. for me, clubbing is just a social event that i would attend once in a blue moon, maybe over some specific reasons like celebrating someone's birthday or maybe special occasion like new year eve or even for no reasons but with a reason like 'oh, we havent been meeting for so long, lets meet up and have some fun'. those are ok, but not going every weekend, and meet up with the same people that i met few days ago. i prefer to chill out at a cafe, or a quiet bar maybe to hang out. i dont know why, but i just dont see it like how others see it. anyhow, speaking of which, i have a friend celebrating her birthday party this sat at a club, yes im going cause she invited, plus she is someone that i trust from sgia. see, there is a reason.
