No.4 - Emily, one of the semi finalist in Miss Astro this year. about a month or two ago i bumped into her on msn and was chatting with her like usual until she told me about her pageant thing. i was surprise as i was actually the first few person shet told about her participation. but now the whole world knows =p hahaha. anyway, she was having a dilemma, undecided to continue competing or to back out. as she relates to me, some of her closest ones wasnt giving her any support thus she was comtemplating to continue or not. i asked whats the point of joining when you plan to back out? i didnt directly encouraged her to continue, but i told her the pros (only pros and not cons =p) if she were to continue. i guess going through this would be a valuable experience in her life. it's not like everyone have the chance to. and honestly, winning or losing isnt that important as whats more is that is the lessons she learn during her academy training. by the way, she's in her 3rd week in academy now, two more to go.

it's really amazing how a high school friend of mine end up as one of the finalist in miss astro. i remember fondly since few years back, i started watching the final show of this competition and kind of enjoy it. and now, i will be watching my friend walking on the same stage! (well, if she's not kick out before the final show =p). we have known each other since form 1, got into this gang of 10 sam-pat girls group in form 2, and since then, we grew up together. from having classes together, to tuitions, to all the redbox outing, to all the birthday celebrations, countdown on eves, movies, outing, etc etc. until she got herself a boyfriend, and that is when we sort of hangout less. but off and on if we have yuncha session, she would still turn up. the last time i saw her was during my farewell before i came to melbourne. she was the tallest and most clumsy amongst us =p and she was one of the 'flower' in our group. anyway, i should stop here or not i can go for hours talking about life in high school. =p

While browsing at some old photos, i stumbled upon this photo and i cant help but to laugh at the silly things we did during this outing in Nailis Sentul back in 04 or 05. i cant remember. hahahahaha!
