After our chanting meet yesterday, T suggested to watch this video together. He thought it was really a good video that sums up what Nichiren's Buddhism is all about. And i have to admit that i agree with him after watching it myself. It's just amazing how Joycelyn Foo, the interviewee in the video sums up everything in her own words. She makes the deep and complicated philosophy so much easier to understand by using layman's term. And it ranges from the history of Buddhism, her experience, science, life and death and all the peace movements in NZ. Oh, by the way, she's the elder sister of Joanne Foo is SGM. I confirmed that with Tiff while i was on MSN with her earlier. I thought so while watching the video because they look really alike, especially when i saw their photo together. *I can relate so much to this guidance since i become a Jacaranda. Everything single duty that befall upon us has to be of the security of members. I'm moving to my 7th month in Jacaranda now, it's really great that I'm in the pioneering batch. =) 10 years from now I'm going to share with the new Jacs how was it like when we first started. =p
