while having lunch this afternoong with my choir choristers, we were talking about the issue on generation gap, cause apparently, it seems wt had some sort of generation gap with tj as they couldnt find anything to tease about when both were sitting facing each other. hehe. so then we started comparing, started with cartoons first, the older generation, keke! were talking bout thunder cat and so on, i only manage to remember one (because i dont belong to this generation =p). and us (the younger ones) were saying, we watch doraeman, tom and jerry and popeye during our age. and then we moved on to movies, and they were happily telling us movies like beverly hills, breakfast and tiff's and so on (again, i only manage to remember this two, as they are more popular). despite the differences in the things we watch on tv, we found out that the old games that we played in school are very simlilar. we used to have this batu seremban game, and the lompat getah game for the girls. and the guy games are like guli, the penutup botol game, teng teng, collecting spiders to trick the girls =p oh, i fondly remember this ! the unisex games are like hopskotch (is that the correct spelling?) and police and thief. hehe! it was really fun to reminisce all these stuff... all the kiddy fun stuff.. we were also saying the girls usually like to say 'i dont want to friend you ar!'.. and after a few days both are back happily as friends. hehe. good chat today!
before that, this morning we went jogging together and had aerobics after that. jog around bk for one round, and when cy came we started to dance ! today's steps were more interesting, one of them reminds me of my days in ns, they taught us the same exact steps back then. and oh ya! once i reach outside choir room, i saw so many bottles of liong cha on the table !! well, i wasnt sure who is it for, soprano, alto or whichever part, but i felt really touched once again ! it's for everyone!! thanks so much wei theng !! next week i wan barley ya! keke! hehe! ~practise today was normal, after lunch, we have an extended practise for big group, focusing on sectional practise. jen, dont give up! we're supporting you!! you've already got your pitch correct, all you need now is the correct rhythm, plus a little confidence and you're on the go! kar yau alto !!
